Newest Simple Joy!

Here is a cute idea I incorporated into the Children's Garden:  I saw one of these at the Country Loft in Lamesa, California, one of my favorite places.  It's an old cake pan (funnel cake pan) put on a stick and used in the garden as a bird bath.
